If had to sum up what best describes our TRANSCOMA GROUP in a few words, I would probably say that "our aim is to offer complete logistical solutions to both the national and international business requirements of our customers through either owned or associated companies over the course of an enterprising and sound long-term project". Our present position is the result of a long experience in both the maritime world and the industry of transport in general combined with our commitment to service and leadership in a sector of which we have in-depth knowledge. We keep up our diversification strategy, both from a commercial and a geographical view, directed towards improving the service we render to our customers. Thank you for your trust in our TRANSCOMA GROUP. TRANSCOMA was born as a shipping agency and this is still the main activity of the Group. Shipping agency encompasses regular lines, tramp vessels and cruises of every kind: containerships multipurpose roll-on roll-off passenger and cruise liners bulk carriers and tankers We handle tankers carrying liquid as well as any other specialized traffic. With regard to passenger and cruise lines, ticket sales and complementary services add to the agency tasks. The lines that the participating companies in the TRANSCOMA GROUP represent do operate international and coastal traffic. As for coastal traffic, we have 142 semi-trailers with a load capacity of 1400 lineal metres or a volume of 3500 tonnes and 110 ISO 20' containers. The forwarding companies in our TRANSCOMA GROUP cover the needs of international transport in all forms: storage, distribution and authorized in-home customs clearance. Our forwarding organization relies on a wide network of correspondents in the busiest areas of the international traffic which together with the appropriate staff and technology optimizes the chain transport and the just-in-time distribution. Our certification as FIATA agents allow us to issue our own Bills of Lading for consolidated cargo. We are also certified as IATA agents for air services since 1972. The diversification and expansion strategy of our TRANSCOMA GROUP has led us to invest in specialized terminals in the major Spanish ports. These terminals are equipped to handle containerized, break-bulk as well as rolling stock vehicles on roll on-roll off vessels and car carriers, thus providing our customers with logistical solutions adapted to their needs. alta tecnologia They have the required equipment to operate different types of vessels in the shortest time and with the maximum level of quality, safety and efficiency. Thanks to our advanced technology we keep our clients accurately informed via any communication means. With shares in depot and container maintenance firms the TRANSCOMA GROUP offers to its customers services which extensively cover container storage, cleaning, fumigation and repair.
