(ATI) acquired 71.4 percent of the shares of SCIPSI, a stevedoring and cargo handling service provider at the Makar Wharf. On the other hand, SCIPSI wanted to improve its operations through the entry of experienced port operators. In August 1999, ICTSI, ATI and SCIPSI signed the share purchase agreement.
