Fred. Olsen Production a.s (FOP) is wholly owned by First Olsen Tankers Ltd. (FOTL), a company owned 50% by Ganger Rolf ASA and 50% by Bonheur ASA. Both these companies are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. FOP has been active in the offshore oil & gas production business since 1994. We presently own and operate one jack-up rig, one combined floating storage and shuttle vessel (FSO) and two floating production, storage and offloading vessels (FPSOs). One of the FPSOs is 100% owned and the other FPSO is 50% owned. These units operate offshore West and South Africa. We have operating lease projects in the Atlantic Basin as primary target. We currently have offices in Oslo, Norway, Houston, U.S.A. and Port Harcourt, Nigeria. We convert existing tankers and semi-submersibles, either sourced in-house or acquired in the market. We also provide new builds for FPSO and FSO service. All design, conversion/construction, commissioning, installation, start-up and operation are managed by Fred. Olsen Production personnel with specialised and reputable subcontractors. The company s organisation is highly skilled, and has a proven record of fast track conversions.
