Port of Vysotsk is all year round navigation port. During winter time ise-breaker "Yuriy Lisyanskiy" is assisting for all vessels calling Vysotsk. Official working hours: 08.00 - 17.00 except Saturday-Sunday and holidays. On special agreement with customers port operating 24 hours. Port restrictions: light time length - max 150 m draft - max 7.5 m night time lenght - max 135 m draft - max - 7.0 m Largest vessels are calling. Port under srecial permission by harbour master. In this case draft permitting for vessels wiht draft upto 8.5 m Rendered services The port provides the following types of services: Services connected with handling of vessels water supply connection of vessels to telephone network during their stay at berth reception from vessels of technical, fecal, oily and ballast waters as well as rubbish and food wastes provision of boats for servicing vessels on the roads provision of tug-boats electrical supply for vessels at berths dry cleaning of holds of vessels Loading-disccharge works and additional services connected with cargo handling loading, discharge and separation of cargoes transhipment of cargoes to sea/river transport from other means of transportation and back by "direct" variant and through warehouse forwarding of cargoes declaration of cargoes storage of cargoes including those in reefer containers fumigation of cargoes handling of hazardous cargoes, over-sized cargoes and heacy weights subject to prior agreement with railweays, performance of measurement sketches and drawings for over-sized and heavy weight cargoes working up, repackaging, remarking and sorting of cargoes weighting of cargoes specification of cargoes Port of Vysotsk is all year round navigation port.
