Over 100 years trading in the shipping environment as an independent family concern has not only been achieved by a willingness to diversify, adapt to the ever changing modes of transport whilst keeping abreast with the latest technology, but by investment in experienced staff giving a professional quality assured service. From the very beginning, the Company's policy has been to provide a solid, reliable and independent service to ship owners and clients at all times. Through a national network of owned offices and colleague agents, we continue to offer a modern, forward thinking approach yet firmly based on the traditional values on which our Company was founded. As independent ships agents, we do not profess to operate an owned agency office at all UK Ports but prefer to offer Principals a competitive, well proven national alternative as we do not believe that any one UK firm can, by itself, be necessarily the most appropriate or best agent in every port. Our UK network comprises long established and recognised independent ships agents, co-operating freely together on a national basis, each providing their own specialist local knowledge and expertise, able to offer realistic competitive rates but giving a quality assured service and long term commitment. Above all, we recognise that Principals rightly deserve a first class ships agency service, day and night, 365 days a year, by experienced staff "on the spot" with local knowledge and contacts.
