Liner Representation Our most active Commercial Division, Liner Representation is at the core of Phoenician Maritime Group's service organization. Liquid Bulk Phoenician is ready, willing and able to provide the specialized services demanded of the Liquid Bulk and Tanker trades. The company's Liquid Bulk Division is fully capable of supervising all phases of operations for parcel and chemical tankers, LNG/LPG carriers, combination carriers and barges.
