Clearance of the ship with the relevant authorities: Customs, Immigration, Port Health and Port Captaincy. Assistance to crew members ( Medical, Dentist, repatriation etc ). Obtaining customs clearance/transportation for spare parts. Bunkering, fresh water, waste disposal etc. Competitive proforma. Real time information of operation. Eletrocnic transmission of cargo documentation. Documentation control with Consignees and Shippers. Preparation of disbursement accounts in a short period of time . Regularly updated information about the various Brazilian ports. Operational support office inside the various ports, operating 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, equipped with fax, long distance telephone lines, transportation and staffed by multi - lingual personnel equipped with mobile phones and VHF. Full logistic assistance. Port Operator certified by the CAP ( Port Authority Councel ) to carry out stevedoring service in the ports of Rio de Janeiro, Niteroi, Arraial do Cabo and Vitoria. Speed and efficiency in handling inquiries and solving problems. Structure Our Head Office is located in Rio de Janeiro, covering the service at Rio de Janeiro port, Niteroi, Sepetiba and Mangaratiba. Own Branches in Sao Paulo, Salvador, Recife, Vitoria ( attending Tubarao, Praia Mole, Ponta de Ubu, Portocel, Vitoria commercial quay, Paul, SPE S/A e TVV), Arraial do Cabo, Buzios and a representation in Greece - Athens - by Messrs.
