He started i.a. already in the seventies to contract modern vessels, which had been designed by his initiative, in Japan, Singapore, Korea and China. Henning Prager joined the international shipping community in 1990 when starting with one of the leading Liner Companies in Hamburg. After some years of practical and university education he changed to take part in establishing a sale & purchase department of one of the leading brokerhouses in Hamburg. In August 2000 he decided to make himself independent and founded PragerShip Henning Prager Shipsales e. K., which now forms the junior part of this cooperation.
