This is the highest possible classification reflecting the U.K. Hydrographic Office's recognition of the value added services DPM provide to the SOLAS regulated shipping market which assist customers in complying with the ISM Code. Together with its UK affiliate, DPM (UK) Ltd (formerly Dubois Phillips & McCallum Ltd), both Companies have a total commitment to quality, safety and new technologies ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met at all times. DPM (Singapore) is Q.A. accredited under following Quality Management System Standards: ISO 9001:2000, BS EN ISO 9001:2000, SS ISO 9001:2000. The Company has been appointed an official distributor of ARCS licenses by the Hydrographic Office and intends to be fully involved in all future Electronic Chart Systems. CHART & PUBLICATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES DPM has been fully computerised for many years and offers a comprehensive management service to customers to ensure the maintenance of charts and nautical publications on board their ships, thereby aiding safe navigation. COMPILATION OF SHIPS' INDEXES We offer expert advice to Ship Owners/Managers on compiling a ships' index of Charts and Nautical Publications. DPM has developed its own specialised indexes which can be customised to suit the ships' trading requirements. NEW EDITION SERVICE Our new edition service ensures the regular and automatic supply of new editions of those charts and publications contained in the ships' index. This service guarantees that up-to-date charts and publications are regularly placed on board. WEEKLY NOTICES TO MARINERS AND CHART CORRECTION TRACINGS We supply weekly B.A. Notices to Mariners together with Chart Correction Tracings to our customers and if required U.S. Notices to Mariners and Chart Correction Tracings can be supplied. Digital Notices to Mariners and Tracings are also available. WEEKLY CHART CORRECTION LISTS For ships using our new edition replacement service, a weekly computer generated chart correction list is also available which identifies those corrections in the week's Notices to Mariners that apply to charts contained in a ships' index. Navigators find that this service saves significant time. REGULAR NEWSLETTER BULLETINS We issue regular newsletter bulletins to customers informing them of any new publications that are available or pending. Our clients found this most helpful. ELECTRONIC CHART SYSTEMS We are actively promoting the Admiral Raster Chart Service (ARCS), the U.K. Hydrographic Office's first digital chart product, and are able to demonstrate ARCS to potential customers. DPM also fully commited to the future support of Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) and subsequent developments.
