Phuket Port Details The Port of Phuket is located on the Western Seaboard of Thailand on the Andaman Sea at position 07degree 49 .0 N. 98degree 24 .30E. Access for vessels entering or leaving the port is via a 120m wide channel dredged to 9m C.D. and some 1.5km in length. There is a 360m turning circle to the north of the quay. Tidal range on spring is 2.7m The port area amounts to some 26 hectares. The quay is 360m long with a 30m wide apron. The quay wall is of block work construction. There is a minimum depth of water of 10m alongside the quay.
