Publications Vehicle importation Vehicle recalls Transport Canada SHIPPING CONFERENCES EXEMPTION ACT, 1987 Shipping Conferences Independent Action Order -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Short Title Interpretation Notice of Independent Action Publication of Tariff Established by: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ORDER FIXING THE NUMBER OF DAYS FOR WRITTEN NOTICE OR PUBLICATION THAT MAY BE SPECIFIED RESPECTING INDEPENDENT ACTION Short Title 1. This Order may be cited as the Shipping Conferences Independent Action Order. Interpretation 2. In this Order, "Act" Loi "Act" means the Shipping Conferences Exemption Act, 1987. Notice of Independent Action 3. For the purpose of paragraph 4(3)(a) of the Act, the number of days written notice is fixed at 15 days. Publication of Tariff 4. For the purpose of paragraph 4(3)(b) of the Act, the number of days is 15 days after the notice referred to in section 3 is received by every member of the conference.
