Trinitas specialises in complex sea transport over Atlantic waters. Caring for your cargo is always our first priority: our own port captains manage loading and unloading activities, and our technical staff provides stowing and technical plans. We can thus assure the safety of your cargo. At our offices in the Netherlands (Zeist), Germany (Hamburg) and Brazil (Sao Paulo), we do what we enjoy most: devising smart solutions for transporting oversize and exceptional cargo to and from the coasts of Europe, South America, North Africa and West Africa. Because we maintain semi-liner services between these destinations, we possess excellent knowledge of the specific local situations in these countries and ports, and can offer a solution to almost any problem. Trinitas has been established in 1987. In the early years, the company worked as managers and operators for various liners from and to East Coast South America. During these years a strong agency network has been built up within the Atlantic Bassin. The speciality of Trinitas is within the breakbulk and project cargo side of sea-borne transportation. With Trinitas staff having over 50 years of experience in shipping, Owner-side, forwarding and agency related matters, Trinitas is able to serve any type of cargo. From the beginning Trinitas was active as booking agents for a variety of liner services which over the years changed their scope of business and Trinitas changed from an agent/manager into an operator itself. Since 1996 Trinitas is operating as managers for an independent semi-liner service between Europe and South America, vice versa. Other markets were in the meantime developed e.g. West Africa/North Coast Africa and Baltic. In 2000, Trinitas has entered into a joint-venture with Industrial Maritime Carriers (Bahamas) Ltd named Trinitas Maritime Carriers BV in order to strengthen Trinitas presence in the project-cargo market.
