•	I obtained my certificate of competency and all my ancillary certificates from United Kingdom.
•	I have 25 years of sea service as deck officer including commanding of F.G vessels as master .
•	I was working on ships used to carry RORO and LOLO cargo since 1992. 
•	I am part time lecturer in maritime institute in Malta. Also I was instructor of safety  training on few ships.
•	I am currently on leave and I am using my free time as part time lecturer in Malta Maritime institute.
With my Qualification, experience (at sea and lecturing) and ability, I will manage to maintain the highest  standards of safety and efficiency by ensuring a safe navigation, a safe working practice, environment protection, efficient operation and planned maintenance at a minimum costs, I feel that I would be able to make a significant contribution to your company's fleet.
