I, Livsics Fjodors 51 years old, have a Master’s license from 1994. I had graduated Leningrad High Engineering Marine Academy in 1982 by Class of Navigation for ocean routs without limitation.

I have began my marine job at Latvian Shipping Co., in 1982 of the Tanker’s Division including LPG/C.
Presently I live in the Latvia, in Riga. I have been worked under voyage contract condition with different Marine Companies/Managements during last years. 

My rank’s experience is following:
1982 -1983  4-th Officer
1983 – 1986 3-rd Officer
1986 – 1990 2-nd Officer (Responsible for cargo operation, tank cleaning, stowage e.t.c.)
1990 –1999  Ch.Off ( most on Chemical Stolt-Neilsen and Odfjell managements vessels) 
2000 – till present time Master.

I looking for job’s vacancies in marine merchant industries for Master Position on vessel’s 3000 GRT or more with out limitation license.
I have a good experience in tanker’s industrials such as LPG/C, Product tankers, Chemical parcel’s tanker’s and handy crude oil tankers. I had been working under STOLT, Odfjell and Maersk Tankers operators and Managements on vessels 27000 – 50000 DWT.
Also I have good navigation knowledge for sailing through the Baltic Straits without pilot on the vessel up to 52000 GRT. Many times I proceeded through Panama and Suez canals in both directions. I have a good experience for sailing in oceans routing and across many times Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans. Also have good practice in ice navigation such single vessel as and Icebreaker convoy. I spent 7 Arctic seasons for supply of oil products a Polaris station at the North of Russia. 
During a last few years I received vessels from other Owner/Flag/Managements and new building vessels in S.Korea as well. 
I would like to make future seaman job under European terms and condition of the permanent contract.
