Lindø Industrial Park was founded in 2009 and is an attractive industrial area of more than 1 mio. m². The industrial park offers leases of land and buildings as Lindø Shipyard gradually closes down til spring 2012.
The industrial park's capability of handling large and heavy units is "second to none", and we have our own harbour from which to ship them.
166,000 m² are under roof, covering large productions halls, smaller production workshops, paint shops and office buildings. Many production halls and workshops are equipped with ovedhead cranes while the paint shops have sandblasting and painting equipment. Lindø Industrial Park also offers office premises and among the common facilities you will find: A moderne conference centre, a manned gate, canteens, as well as changing and washing areas.
Furthermore, the production unit Lindø Industrial Services offers processing of steel plates, profiles, and pipes to external customers as well as lessees in the industrial park.
