Central Shipping Agency is not only a neutral NVOCC working with freight forwarding, but also operates in the tank container and air freight fields. The other core business of the Company are chartering and vessel management, and it is specialised in the project cargo and in particular those related to gas and oil industry.

Central Shipping Agency operates through a large own network of offices and exclusive agents in all main Ports around the world, guaranteeing all the segment of the LCL service that takes place in state of art CFS warehouses managed by the Company’s own personnel.

The main geographical areas served on a weekly basis are Far East, Australia, New Zeeland, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Persian Gulf, Red Sea, Mediterranean, Canary Islands, South Africa, USA, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America.

Central Shipping Agency, with NVOCC activities as its core business, has focused from the very beginning on increased services quality, the development of a wide-spread network of highly professional agents and on solid financial foundations.

Over the years, the Company stood out among its competitors for its strong entrepreneurial drive, the will to reinvest profit in different assets, and the ability to turn its vision into tangible results.

This contributed to a rapid growth of the Company which, in a few years, saw its shipping volumes multiplied, and an increase of its presence all over the national territory with the opening of  new offices and, on an international scale, an expansion of the agents’ network all over the world.

One of the objectives of the Central Shipping Agency Management is to widen the Company’s presence both nationally and internationally, through the acquisition of new companies, in order to increase its market share and development all over the world.

The Company deals with activities on behalf of forwarding agents offering a high quality LCL door to door service.

Forwarding agents in trust on Central Shipping Agency to deal with the entire logistics process, specially for destinations with very high operational difficulties.
